Order Procedure
- Customer / Prospect to connect with Markanda Vastra personnel over Whatsapp or a call or over email alongwith the product code(s) interested in.
- Markanda to respond back confirming availability / non-availability and payment details
- Upon receipt of payment, Markanda to execute the order
Delivery Mode and Shipping
- Customer can opt for India Post Parcel service and Markanda Vastra personnel will send it accordingly
- Customers are requested not to accept damaged / tampered packages

All products are subject to availability at the time the order reaches Markanda Vastra personnel

Damaged / Wrong Product
- While utmost care is taken to ensure damages to products don’t happen, there could be instances of products getting damaged during transport or elsewhere
- Customers to inform Markanda Vastra personnel within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
- Such cases can be taken up on a case-to-case basis upon mutual understanding and acceptance. Reasonable analysis will be done and if required, the customer can get a replacement order or refund depending on the case.
- Customers to return the items within 5 working days of receipt of product
Pricing Information
While Markanda Vastra takes all effort to ensure accuracy of information provided on the website, there could be human error in either the details provided or the price of a product. In such cases, Markanda Vastra reserves the sole right to refuse the order. Markanda Vastra will let the customer know about the issue and send corrected information.
Cancelation
- Markanda Vastra has the sole right to cancel or refuse an order. Reasons could include inaccurate product or pricing details
- Customers can cancel their orders on the same day. However, If the order has been couriered / sent by India Post, then Markanda Vastra reserves the right to withhold the courier charges. The customer has to send back the order as-is unopened. The customer will bear the charges of return courier. The difference of amount will be reimbursed to the customer within 7 working days.
Orders from outside India
- Orders from outside India are also being catered to.
- Markanda Vastra accepts only Indian National Rupees.
- Courier charges will be borne by the customer
- Markanda Vastra shall not be responsible for any damages occurring due to transportation
